YARA History/Archives
The link takes you to a selection of files which can give you a sense of YARA history, starting with the constitution and bylaws in 1976, and including early repeater leases, change from VE8 to VY1, Yukon Gold Planners Net, early Yukon Quest Race Support, Joint Disaster Committee, and Faro Repeater information.
Most of these files come from a box of YARA files in the storage trailer containing minutes, correspondence, membership lists, newsletters and other documents from 1977 - 1983. Other more recent files have been add to the archives files as well.
YARA members may find it interesting to check out this box out sometime. If they find something that others might find interesting, they could scan the item and send it to the webmaster to add to the files.
